OP, as a new D3 player, you should consider creating a new character and playing Season17, where you have a set of tasks/goals that you would normally be doing with starting/leveling new character. So let me ask for some clarification…Īre you leveling up a second character and that character is only level 13?īut then that doesn’t make sense either since you had to level up the first character in order to get paragon levels so I’m guessing you know how to level.Īt any rate, your post was a bit confusing and I’m sorry I misinterpreted what you meant. I guess that’s what I get for assuming.Īnyway, like I said, the only time I can think of that you wouldn’t be able to use the legendary power of an amulet is while leveling from 1-70 and you find, just an example, a level 61 item when you’re only level 60.īut you said later on that you’ve got paragon levels so I know that wasn’t what you were talking about.īut now, I’m not sure what you’re saying. So I assumed that you were talking about a legendary gem that was placed in the amulet. I’m pretty sure there are no amulets that have a level requirement for their powers to activate.
